SureSearch or we or us means Utility Locating Pty Ltd t/a Suresearch ACN 156 481 560 or its associated entities as appropriate.

We may require proof of your identity and full details of your request before we update your Personal Information. If we refuse a request to access or correct Personal Information, where reasonable, we will provide our reasons for doing so and information about your ability to complain about such refusal.

SureSearch will take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information that we hold about you is kept confidential and secure, including by:
  • Having a robust physical security of our premises and databases / records;
  • Taking measures to restrict access to only personnel who need that Personal Information to effectively provide services to you; and
